خدمة موبي كاش هي خدمة دفع إلكتروني تتيح للزبائن سداد ثمن مشترياتهم، وفواتيرهم والأقساط عن طريق تحويل مالي من حسابهم المصرفي إلى حساب التاجر أو مقدم الخدمة.
تطبيق موبي كاش مخصص للتجار ومقدمي الخدمات المشتركين في الخدمة، ويستخدم التطبيق لإتمام عمليات البيع للزبائن، وكذلك اجراء عمليات الاسترداد عند إلغاء البيع.
بالنسبة للزبائن، يمكنهم الاستفادة من خدمة موبي كاش بدون الحاجة إلى تثبيت أي تطبيق، فقط الاشتراك في خدمة الوحدة موبايل.
يتميز التطبيق بواجهة بسيطة وسهلة الاستخدام توفر الوظائف الضرورية وهي:
الدفع: تتيح هذه الخدمة وظيفة الدفع الآني وذلك بتحويل قيمة الأموال المدفوعة من حساب الزبون إلى حساب التاجر.
الاسترداد: تُمكّن هذه الوظيفة التاجر أو مقدم الخدمة من استرداد البضاعة المباعة أو إيقاف الخدمة وإعادة قيمتها إلى الزبون.
كشف حساب: بإمكان التاجر أو مقدم الاطلاع على كافة فواتيره سواء المدفوعة أو المستردة، الفاتورة تتضمن قيمة البضاعة المباعة وتاريخ إصدار الفاتورة، وكذلك الاطلاع على رصيد الحساب الحالي، مع إمكانية الحصول على كشف حساب تفصيلي.
إدارة منظمة: إضافة حسابات خاصة بالموظفين في مختلف الفروع ومتابعة حركاتهم المالية اليومية بانتظام.

Payment: This service allows instant payment functionality by transferring the amount of money paid from the customers account to the merchant account.
Refund: This function enables the merchant or service provider to retrieve the sold goods or to stop the service and return the value to the customer.
Account Statement: The merchant or service provider can view all his invoices, whether paid or refunded, such invoice includes the value of sold goods and the issuance date of the invoice, as well as access the balance of the current account, with the ability access to a detailed statement of account.
Organization Management: Add employee accounts in different branches and monitor their daily financial transactions regularly.
